Round Glass Elevator for superyachts

Lift Emotion BV has something of a history for creative solutions for elevators or goods lifts onboard of large luxury yachts. The company say that they guide the project in the pre stages of the ship design until the complete delivery and handover to the owner. Through the use of the latest technology, and years of experience regarding elevators, Lift Emotion BV completes in-house manufacturing of the elevators as per the yard's and owner's wishes.
 
One of the latest developments at the company has been a round glass elevator with a stainless steel titanium coated bronze look (pictured above). This solution was apparently the result of a request by the interior designer of a yacht currently under construction. All the visual parts of the elevator have given a special treatment resulting into one colour co-ordinated bronze looking elevator. The four stop elevator will be hoisted into the yacht in two pre-installed sections. Further special features of this elevator are special lights and a car roof with glass panel. The in-house produced elevator frame, cabin and lading doors allow a smooth finish and maximize the amount of glass without showing the door drive system. The glass panels of the doors have only a glass fixing in at the bottom of the door in the top of the door the glass slides inside the ceiling of the cabin and or landing architrave.
