Valdenassi's Capital Increase

The Italian company Valdenassi has increased its invested capital raising it from €100,00 to €150,000 to self-finance investments for the development and promotion of new yacht furniture. Valdenassi specialises in the supply of outdoor furniture such as the new George director's chair and teak grating. The increase in capital will allow the company to face 2010 free from bank debts, as well as providing reserves sufficient for financing the future development of furniture aimed at the yacht market.

“I am firmly convinced my company will succeed”, says owner Emanuele Maria Valdenassi. “Last year we celebrated the company's tenth anniversary; I am sure we will go on to celebrate our 20th and 30th anniversaries. I believe in this company.” We will see the effects of these developments at the upcoming Seatec in Marina di Carrara, Italy, where Valdenassi will be presenting several models, including a reduced-bulk folding chair especially suitable for use aboard yachts.
